Pole Classes

INTRO TO POLE WORKSHOP

Learn the basics of pole! This class focuses on the fundamentals of pole art and fitness. This class is a pre-requisite for all other pole classes including open pole. Please wear shorts that will allow your legs to grip the pole and a tank top. Max of 4 participants.

POLE FLOW: LEVEL 1

The next step after our intro to pole workshop! Level 1 flow focuses on beginner level sequences on a static (non-spinning) pole. Please wear shorts that will allow you to grip the pole and a tank top.

OPEN POLE WITH AN INSTRUCTOR

Open pole time to work on what you want, but with an instructor present to help you if needed.

SPINNING POLE

Join this class to learn the basics of spinning pole! Students will learn how to safely perform tricks and flows while also learning how to spin. Students must take Intro to Pole workshop and at least two Level 1 Pole Flow classes before signing up for spinning pole.

POLE FLOW: LEVEL 2

Join this class to learn the basics of spinning pole! Students will learn how to safely perform tricks and flows while also learning how to spin. Students must take Intro to Pole workshop and at least two Level 1 Pole Flow classes before signing up for spinning pole.

DROPPIN' & ROLLIN'

This class will focus on learning more unique tricks on the pole such as drops, floor work, transitions, and rolls along with how to incorporate them into choreography. This class will require you to feel comfortable with climbing, inversions, leg hook, basic pole sits and having only one or two points of contact on the pole. This class will use both static and spinning pole to your comfort level. Wear shorts and tight fitted top (sports bra or tank top if comfortable).
